When you hire me as an assistant, I work for you only when needed, there is no need to train me, you do not need to provide a work space, furniture, equipment, pay for health insurance, taxes, vacation or sick leave. I am self-employed and only bill you for the hours I work.

There is no need for us to share a space or even live in the same state or country. The work is sent through e-mail, phone, fax or snail mail. We can use web-based tools such as instant messenger and online calendars.

I have earned certification from NAR (Real Estate Professional Assistant), IREAA (formerly CyberStarVA) , IVAA CRESS, IVAA Ethics Checked, and I am a Graduate Real Estate Virtual Assistant (GREVA) from REVA Training Center. In 2000 I attended Troy State Universities' Webmaster Certification Course.
